Tim understands what it takes to provide effective tenant representation services, it starts with asking the right questions.  Gathering information for clients and presenting it to them in a manner that is extremely clear and concise is the hallmark of Tim's approach to client service. 

Understanding that corporations come in all shapes and sizes, Tim prides himself on being flexible while never losing site of his client's short and long term commercial real estate needs.   Tim's approach helps a company lease or purchase space at optimal rates by creating a competitive negotiating environment with landlords and their agents.

With over 20 years of experience, Tim has provided tenant representation services to a wide range of organizations including Columbia Sportswear, Kryptiq Corporation, Gamblin Artist Colors, Marsee Bakery, Quebecor, Broadreach Captial, Pacific Group Consultants and FILA USA.

Tim focuses on three main goals:

• Building long-term relationships based on client confidence, trust and performance

• Providing viable solutions using the most current research including rent to revenue ratios and rent net present value analysis

• Reducing his clients occupancy costs             

Tim is licensed in both Oregon and Washington as a real estate broker.  He is also a member of National Association of Industrial and Office Parks, Portland Metropolitan BOMA and on the Board of Directors for the Westside Economic Alliance.  A graduate of the University of Oregon, Tim holds a BA in both Marketing and Accounting.
