With a resume that reads like a “Who’s Who” of Portland business, Pat Schreck is one of Portland’s most prominent tenant representation brokers of office, flex and industrial space. Pat specializes in tenant representation for lease renewals and expansions.

He’s been instrumental in the successful completion of many highly visible corporate relocations and expansions, including efforts on behalf of Columbia Sportswear, Credence Corporation, Mind Matters, Oregon Institute of Technology, Serveron, TriQuint Semiconductor, University of Phoenix, Kryptiq Corporation, CNA Insurance Co., SOLV and Balzer Manufacturing.

Away from the office, Pat knows who’s at the top of his list – his wife, Roberta, and their five children and ten grandchildren – and often volunteers his time for Knights of Columbus, St. Vincent Hospital and St. Pius X Church. Pat is past board president of Maryville Nursing Home in Beaverton, sits on the Sisters of St. Mary of Oregon’s Real Estate Advisory Board and is a board member and past president of DePaul Industries.  Pat is also an avid duck hunter.
