Welcome to Columbia Square. Columbia Square is a 15-story, Class A office building completed in 1980. It has been frequently updated since then, and in 2009 became the first office building in the United States to receive the Green Building Institute’s highest award, 4 Globes, for energy efficiency and environmental quality in an existing building.
