WELCOME TO PORTLAND
DEVELOPMENT PORTFOLIO

Buildings are about more than steel and spreadsheets. They’re about people. Here at Melvin Mark Development Company, we stay focused on the importance of developing space on a human scale, integrating elements that reflect the environment around us.

The natural slope of a hillside. A wall of glass to maximize natural light. Green spaces and pedestrian-friendly walkways worked seamlessly into the design. The result is a building that will not only stand the test of daily use, but the test of time. Here are a few of the buildings in the Melvin Mark Development Company portfolio.
