Welcome to the Fifth Avenue Building. Constructed in 1951 as the main Portland office of the State of Oregon, the Building was purchased in 1992 by a group of Melvin Mark Companies principals. The 10-story Building was substantially renovated in 2001-2002. The ground floor features 24-Hour Fitness, Fed Ex/Kinkos, and Kindercare Day Care Center.
