Overview
As a chief engineer at Columbia Square, Bryan maintains the building’s heating, cooling, electrical and plumbing systems as well as monitors energy use. He responds to tenant maintenance needs and ensures their daily office comfort needs are being met. He joined Melvin Mark in 1992 and is grateful to be part of a team of professionals who bring creativity and integrity to every project they do. He holds a Building Operators Certification, Level I and II through the Northwest Energy Efficiency Council, and a limited electrical license through the State of Oregon.
