Overview

Jewelz has been the friendly face greeting visitors to Melvin Mark’s headquarters offices since 2013. But she does more than provide a welcoming presence – she’s a master at juggling internal needs with external requests. She works with tenants to take maintenance calls and gets the building engineers on the hustle to handle repairs. She keeps building information up to date for tenants so they know where to go and what to do for help in the property. Plus, she keeps the conference room schedule straight in multiple properties, maintains the Melvin Mark supplies and equipment, and serves as assistant to human resources, marketing, operations and brokerage as needed. She keeps tenants and staff alike happy and satisfied, and she does it all with a positive attitude and smile.
