Welcome to the Water Tower. Completed in 1903 as a furniture manufacturing plant, the project was completely renovated by legendary developer John Gray in the early 1970s into a stunning office/retail complex. The Water Tower retains its original elements, including exposed beam ceilings, fir floors and dramatic skylights and clerestory windows.
