Our company is founded on a deep love for and commitment to Portland. This guides our business and priorities as does the value to put people first.
We stand with the Black community and all communities of color to fight the insidious racism that has created inequities and deep pain for so many. We are at an important moment, and we are optimistic that people uniting can create real change; change that will make our communities stronger, safer, and more equitable.
There is much work to be done, both as a company and as individuals, but we are committed to the hard work. We will use our resources and time to help, to listen, and to take action. We have called Portland home for 75 years and we remain committed to the ideal of a Portland where everyone has the opportunity to thrive. No matter how tough it may be, no matter how long it takes.
