In March of 2020, Melvin Mark Investors acquired a 120,000 square-foot suburban office property in Wilsonville. The building, which is located less than one mile from the Wilsonville exit on I-5, was branded as “5S” and gives tenants easy access to Portland, Lake Oswego, Beaverton, and other surrounding areas.

5S was built in 1980 and was most recently occupied by Stream Global Services. Prior to that, it was the headquarters for PayLess Drug Stores and was occupied by Hollywood Video from 1999-2010. MMI became interested in the building because of its great location and close proximity to Wilsonville Town Center, Old Town Square, and a variety of other nearby amenities. Melvin Mark oversaw a complete property refresh with the Tenant occupying the property. The refresh included a new entry, ADA access throughout, new paint, updated landscaping and parking lot seal coating.
