Located right off of the Kruse Way/Lake Oswego exit on I-5, Five Centerpointe is a Class-A building that provides 114,000 square feet of suburban office space. The building is one of the only buildings on Kruse Way with direct access to both I-5 and HWY 217. In addition, it’s within walking distance of several area amenities and has an excellent parking ratio.

Five Centerpointe was bought by the Becker Capital Management/Melvin Mark partnership in 2018 in an off-market transaction. In 2019, Melvin Mark Brokerage Company made several design updates including new carpeting, lighting, furniture, and artwork in the common areas and refined landscaping details outside of the building. Today, it’s home to a diverse tenant base.
