Melvin Mark Companies became interested in the building early on because of its high-quality tenant mix, stable long-term leases, excellent building condition, area amenities, and convenient access to I-5.
Brokers Peter Andrews and Nick Ehlen worked together with Becker Capital Management and in 2017, the Becker/Mark partnership purchased the building for $10.5 million. As the second investment by Becker/Mark, it was the perfect acquisition to add to the portfolio. Today, the building is occupied by the Oregon Medical Association and the Oregon Healthcare Association.
