As Quinn Thomas approached the end of their lease in 2020, they sought to move to a new a space that was not only unique but also fit their creativity. At this time, the company was also in the process of acquiring a secondary business and was looking at Lake Oswego as a possible new home.
Quinn Thomas was headquartered at Melvin Mark & Becker Capital’s Five Centerpointe building and called upon Melvin Mark broker Paul Andrews to help them relocate. Taking their desire for open office space into consideration, Paul toured the company through several potential locations and found them a perfect fit in Lake Oswego’s Lake View Village.
Paul worked with the landlord to negotiate optimal lease terms including a desirable tenant improvement allowance and helped Quinn Thomas update the circular space’s floors, lighting, and interior paint as well as create a new kitchen area and enclosed office spaces.
