As maintenance technician for Melvin Mark’s Columbia Square flagship property, Aaron makes sure the properties under his care are ship-shape both inside and out. He takes tenant calls, makes repairs and fixes, stays on top of routine maintenance—all to oversee the needs of the property from the basement to the roof. Challenges in the job?
