Chad Alexander

Overview

With over a decade of commercial real estate experience, Chad has successfully completed more than 2 million square feet of office leasing transactions on behalf of his clients. He began his career with CBRE in Denver before transitioning to Avison Young, where he partnered to launch and grow their agency leasing practice. He later relocated to Portland, bringing his expertise to the market and joining Melvin Mark’s brokerage team with a focus on landlord and tenant representation.

Chad approaches every asset with an ownership mindset, delivering exceptional responsiveness, tailored strategies, and a relentless focus on results. Throughout his career, he has represented a diverse range of clients, including CalSTRS, Principal Financial Group, Oracle, Artis REIT, Goodman Realty, CentrePoint Properties, Toma West, Ogilvie Properties and FMI Corporation.

Outside of work, Chad enjoys traveling, snowboarding, waterskiing, attending concerts, and mountain biking.
