Chloe Tucker brings strong business acumen to her role as property management coordinator. Previously the operations director for a boutique architecture and engineering firm, she developed a passion for working in the built environment, learning about building systems, and establishing processes and procedures. Her background comes in handy at Melvin Mark, where she works with tenants, coordinates vendor services, and supports building managers and property managers. She keeps track of project details, facilitates communication with other departments, and joins her team in finding ways to improve processes and procedures. Chloe pairs her creativity with her analytical skills to evaluate challenges and craft solutions that help support and grow the organization.
