Dina Schilling

Overview

Dina joined Melvin Mark Companies in 2017 and took on a variety of responsibility with ease. As a Property Manager, she focuses on tenant satisfaction, vendor management, buildings operations, and financial analysis. In addition, she consistently evaluates the systems in her property portfolio and recommends ways to improve and streamline them. This ensures that tenants stay happy and buildings run efficiently.

Prior to joining the team, Dina was a tenant services administrator for Shorenstein Realty Services. This role helped her develop industry knowledge and what it takes to successfully manage properties. Now, she thrives in Melvin Mark’s hardworking team environment and constantly looks for new ways to satisfy clients.

With her cheerful attitude and enthusiasm, Dina enjoys helping the company make a positive impact and working with other members to maximize success. She believes change needs to be thoughtfully applied and is proud to work for a company with a respected reputation.

Dina is an outdoor enthusiast and enjoys tennis, swimming, hiking, gardening and any water sports. As a Nevada native, she has happily traded her home state’s arid climate for the lakes, rivers, and beautiful coastline of Oregon.
