Overview
Francisco is no stranger to the world of maintenance. Before he joined the team at Melvin Mark, he was responsible for a variety of maintenance duties at Pringle Creek Community in Salem for more than 16 years. In addition, Francisco provided maintenance assistance to Opsis Architecture in NW Portland on evenings and weekends for nearly 24 years. Here at Melvin Mark, he works to ensure building systems are running smoothly and tenants are happy.
In his spare time, Francisco likes to spend time with his long-haired dachshund, Cleo. He also enjoys watching documentaries about birds and animals and loves to sing karaoke.
