Overview
Kevin Brooks always wanted to be an engineer. When he was young, he liked to take things apart and put them back together just to see how they worked. Over the years, he has worked in the industry for a variety of Portland companies and says he enjoys the fact that his job is never the same day after day. Kevin holds many different industry certifications including a Limited Maintenance Electrical License. As a Chief Engineer, he makes sure the building systems in our Melvin Mark portfolio receive proper maintenance and that our tenants are comfortable and their needs are met.
A native Oregonian, Kevin likes to spend time outside doing yardwork and taking long, country road cruises on his motorcycle.
