Internal Communication and Engagement
Kim has been a part of Melvin Mark Companies since 2005. As the Vice President of Human Resources, she serves as the valuable link between the other executives and Melvin Mark employees. Throughout her time with the company, she has built many long-standing relationships and has perfected her many skills as a team leader, confidante, and strategist.
Kim admires the success of Melvin Mark and the strong local connections that the company has created. She uses this as inspiration to spark employee engagement and develop a rich company culture across all departments.
As someone who is both enthusiastic and detail-oriented, Kim can imagine fresh ideas and execute them efficiently. Her concepts frequently increase company volunteerism and employee participation in community events. They also improve internal communication and the connections between all staff members.
Kim loves her job and wants to ensure that her co-workers share the same passion and dedication. She works consistently to keep operations running smoothly and makes sure that staff issues are always solved. When she’s not at work, Kim spends as much time outside as she can. She’s an avid hiker, backpacker, golfer and loves to travel around the U.S. and abroad. Kim, her husband, and their Golden Retriever Daisy spend a lot of time exploring areas around town.
Kim understands that every employee works differently. She uses her experience to create meaningful growth, communication, and leadership among staff members while ensuring efficient daily and long-term operations.
