Lindsay Wahlstrom

Overview

After less than 10 years in property management, Lindsay has already distinguished herself as an organizational expert. She got her foothold working with residential properties and made the move to Melvin Mark in 2018 to build her skills on the commercial side. As property management coordinator, she works with tenants, coordinates vendor services, and supports building managers and property managers. The native Oregonian never has a lull in her schedule. She keeps track of project details, facilitates communication with other departments, and joins her team in finding ways to improve process and procedure. Most importantly, when it comes to working with tenants, she is adept at listening to what people want so she can devise ways to meet their needs.
