Overview

For more than 10 years, Nicole held retail management positions on both national and local levels. During this time, she gained a wealth of insight and took the next step into commercial real estate in 2012 with a focus on retail leasing and sales. As an Assistant Property Manager as well as a Retail Specialist, she is working with the team to both expand the Melvin Mark portfolio of properties and care for property tenants.

With her background experience, Nicole is able to offer a unique perspective of the real estate market and an in-depth knowledge of its trends. Whether it’s buying, selling, leasing, or managing, Nicole takes into account each client’s intentions and creates a strategy for success. She is detail-oriented and skilled in negotiations, marketing, financial planning, valuation, and risk assessment. And with her friendly demeanor and interpersonal skills, she can create strong connections and help determine the best plan for increased value and desirability.

As a native Oregonian, Nicole has enjoyed watching Portland grow and prosper. She believes one of the things that makes the city so great is the balance of development and redevelopment and thinks the blend of old and new is something that sets Portland apart.

Nicole loves being outdoors hiking, camping, snowshoeing, and gardening. She also loves the foodie vibe of the city and enjoys trying new restaurants with her husband and young son.
