Peter Wolbach

Overview

Peter began his commercial real estate career on the Property Management side of the industry about 15 years ago. He worked as a property manager, building engineer, and accountant, but over time, moved away from Property Management and put his Accounting degree from Eastern Washington University to more use. Over the next several years, Peter built seven different property accounting software systems and was responsible for the detailed reports and financials of dozens of assets for various companies.

When Peter missed the “family” feel of a smaller, local business, he turned to Melvin Mark. Now, he expertly monitors the properties within our portfolio as a Senior Staff Accountant.

In his spare time, Peter loves spending time with his dog Kira, three cats, and two kids, Mason and Greyson. He is also a big fan of the holidays and decorates his house every year with thousands and thousands of holiday lights!
