Sarah Kramer

Overview

Sarah has always been the kind of person who is willing to help others, both in her professional life and her personal life. She began her tenant support experience in 2009 at Shorenstein Realty Services’ Kruse Woods Corporate Park, working to build strong relationships with tenants and vendors in order to keep the portfolio running smoothly. When she joined Melvin Mark in 2019, she brought the same care and dedication to her role as Assistant Property Manager.

On a daily basis, Sarah makes sure the buildings in the Melvin Mark portfolio are running smoothly and that tenant needs are met. She works closely with maintenance technicians and others in her department to ensure that issues are addressed promptly and tasks are completed in a timely manner. With her bubbly personality and sense of humor, Sarah quickly builds relationships with those around her and works to uphold the Melvin Mark value of putting people first.

An upstate New York native, Portland has been her home for 10 years, and you can find Sarah spending her free time enjoying the beauty of Oregon’s forests, mountains, and coastline or relaxing with friends and family.
