World of Speed Building

World of Speed

When the World of Speed founders needed a home to house their motorsports museum collection, they turned to Melvin Mark brokers Tim Parker and Pat Schreck for help. Not only did they need enough real estate to showcase their amazing collection of more than 100 cars, they needed space suitable for youth educational activities, and a high-profile location to attract visitors. Tim and Pat helped the museum purchase the 80,000 square foot former location of Town and Country Jeep Dodge in Wilsonville, which has excellent visibility to I-5 and easy access for museum-goers. After two years of construction, the museum celebrated its grand opening in April 2015 and is already drawing attention from all parts of the state.
