Overview
Andrew joined the Melvin Mark team with a background in facilities engineering and maintenance management. His most recent role as a senior facilities project manager served as the perfect stepping stone into commercial real estate. Andrew became very familiar with coordinating and supervising building maintenance; as a Building Operations Manager at Melvin Mark, he is responsible for the engineers and maintenance technicians that help ensure the company’s portfolio of properties are running smoothly.
Andrew has two dogs who take him out on hikes year-round and he likes to rock climb, kayak, and paddle board.
